Weight Loss Product Review
I tried sensa for 6 months, and I didnt loose any weight. I called for them to refund my money and they told without returning unopen package they could not refund my money. Hello I used it all. What company does this.

Need to cancel 'auto ship'. Used for 2 months--nothing but
Took the drink mixes twice a day (as stated) for 2 months, with no weight loss. My stomach is upset everyday and nausea after first drink, then vomiting after second drink. Don't think I need to be drinking any more. Please cancel further shipments, and cancel "auto ship". Thank you. Do not have 100 words for this compliant, but it says 'at least', so I will try to come up with something. The taste of the drink is pungant, and the crystals are all stuck together and hard to get out of the little tube. Please cancel auto ship, and any further shipments. If at a later day I wish to try it again I will contact Sensa. Thank you.

Signed up for Sensa's 30 day "Free" trial
I tried the 30 day "free" trial. They sent me two months. When I called to cancel after one month because it didn't work they wanted me to pay to ship the other month back OR they could extend my trial another month. (I'm assuming then I don't have to pay to return anything so I say yes). So I try it another month. Nothing ... so I called to cancel (I had until tomorrow) and they wanted me to return the empty containers. WHAT IN THE WORLD?!?!?! I told them I threw the trash in the garbage when it was empty. I didn't keep it. She tried to tell me I was supposed to return them or get charged $90. But they were being nice enough to lower it to $60 for me. The paperwork says to "return any opened and unopened product". I consumed the product and all that was left was the empty containers. No one told me that I had to keep my trash and mail it back to them. The lady tried to tell me that it was a free trial for me to use not to keep...again I say WHAT?!?!?! Stupidest thing I've ever heard of in my life. She transfers me to another lady who tries to tell me all the same stuff. Then said she would charge me the $89.95 if I didn't return the containers. I said "no you won't I'll cancel my card" (which I did). She finally said she wasn't going to "prolong this anymore" and she was canceling my account with no charge. I'm sorry but this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard of in my life. Just DON'T sign up for Sensa's "FREE" offer....it's NOT free.

WHAT A SCAM!!
LUCKILY, I PURCHASED SENSA, FIRST MONTH, AT COSTCO. WENT BY THE INSTRUCTIONS AND ALL THAT HAPPENED WAS THAT I GOT SICK!!! BLOATED,WITH TERRIBLE INTESTINAL PROBLEMS. COSTCO ACTUALLY LET ME RETURN FOR A FULL REFUND. O WAS ROLD THEY WOULD NO LONGER CARRY SENSA, AS THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS. I MUST BE A REAL "DOOFUS,"TO THINK THIS NONESENSE WOULD WORK. THANKFULLY, I DIDNT BUY IT FROM THE COMPANY AND WAS JUST OUT OF MY INITIAL PURCHASE. YOU WOULD THINK BY NOW WE WOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT THESE PRODUCTS ARE A SCAM, BUT WE GO AND BUY IT ANYWAY..I HAVE NOTICED THEY NO LONGER HAVE AN AD ON TV, AND DO LITTLE ADVERTISING IN MAGAZINES--GUESS THEY MADE SO MUCH MONEY THEY DONT NEED TO PROMOTE ANY MORE.AND SHAME SHAME ON DR. One Very Unhappy Consumer
After trying Sensa form months, I came to the conclusion that it did not work. I still have my last shipment for months 5 & 6 untouched in the box. I called the Customer Service number to find out how I could return them unused and obtain a refund. During the call, I was told by the Customer Service Rep and his Supervisor, that I could not return it nor could I get my $89.95 back. I am now stuck with a 2 months supply of useless stuff AND I am out of $89.95. When you do the math for the 6 months supply, thats $269.95 for the whole thing. This is a scam and this so-called product is useless!

I returned the shipment of the product several months ago and cancelled the product shipment,I was told I would receive a refund so far no refund. Sensa Scam Alert!!!
I received an email from one of those "free sample" websites that said Sensa/Free Trial Offer so I paid for the $4.95 shipping and thought that was the end of it. Little did I know that they signed me up for an automatic membership. I looked @ my bank account in total shock when I saw they took almost $100.00!!!!!!!! I immediately called the customer service number and was told I should have read the fine print! Really!!!! Like who does that when the email says Free Trial??? The customer service there is so rude and unhelpful they must they work for a fraudulent company!!!

Poor customer service
I recently decided to place an order. The next day I called to cancel. I was assured I would not receive the product. I received it a few days later. I called to let them know that they made a mistake. I was given an RMA number so I went to return. The post office was going to charge me $8.00 to return the product. I do not feel I should have to pay this as this is not my fault. The trial was only $1.95. The customer service team is very rude and are unwilling to assist me.

Sensa Bait and Switch Billing "BEWARE"
Sensa claims to let you use their product (which doesn't work...at all) for a free trial. They send you two months worth of the product and after one month and 7 days, they charge you $89.95. per month for ever. When I called to cancel my account and get my money returned, I was told the money would not be returned under any circumstances. Upon checking posts on the web, they all said the same thing...They are going to continue to charge you even after you have stopped the account. I had to go to my bank to stop the charges. BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM OF BIBLICAL PROPORTIONS!!!!!!!

Sensa Free Trial! NO!!!
I ordered the "free trial " of Senda for $4.95 shipping & hanfling. Well nothing in their literature says anything about returns or cancellations other than to call so I did. What Sensa doesn't tell you is that you must have ALL empty containers in order to send it back & cancel. I wound up paying $30 for a two month supply because I didn't have all my empty containers. I feel this is false advertising & I did ask the company for my$30. Back to no avail. I think this is a scan! I did lose 6 lbs in one month , however, the dr wanted me off of it due to adrenal insufficiency. It's not my fault u had to quit. Rip off alert!!

Well I cancelled my Bank Account so Sensa could not take any money out.I did call the company to complain but they told me I had to pay to send back the extra product that they send you well I refuse to send back and pay for what I did not order so screw them and the *** does not work ! What a big *** Rip Off

I was driving and heard a commercial for a free month supply free and only pay $7.95 shipping fee. I ordered the free month. I received the box and in it was 60 day supply and your to call with in 30 days to cancel or be charged $89.95 and if you cancel you have to pay to send the product back. If I was explained this from the beginning I would have never ordered the free month. Where is the Free Month what a rip off ! You order the free month but you get 2 months that costs you $89.95

Watch out for the trial offer
If you do the trial offer for the product, make sure that you read the fine print. If you don't like the product or want to cancel you need to do it immediately, otherwise you will be charged $89.95 to your account. When I called, the women told me that I should have read the page closer and that it is mentioned on the payment page in multiple spots. I am pretty sure that I would have not agreed to being charged for the trial and the completion of the trial. They say that they guarantee to your happiness. They didn't guarantee my happiness and now I am out $89.95!

I did cancel before the first 30 days and still was charged. They charged me $120 for not returning their product.
I was never told to return it. I called to cancel and no one told me to return it. I had already canceled my card, so they did not get the money. Free and trial is a major overstatement!
They are calling me over and over every day trying to get $120 from me. I paid what I agreed to pay and Thank God that my card was lost and replaced right before they tried to charge me.
This is a SCAM!!! I gained weight and was in terrible pain!!!!!

SENSA charged me 89.95
SENSA charged me 9.95 shipping on 11-21-12and never told me i had to pay 89.95 for it if i did not return it. I was never told about this.As i was looking at my bank statement on 12-26-12 trying to figure out if i was going to bounce any checks i saw SENSA charged me $89.95 (which i cannot afford) means i will bounce two checks with $35.00 a piece bank charges. I am on a limited income (SS) and can not afford this. I would just like to let everyone know this is a ripoff !!!!!!!!!

Hiding that info in the terms and conditions is the tactics of a shady company, and these replies below are most likely from that company trying to keep their name good. Its a HORRIBLE company with the worst customer service ever.
They know there trying to cheat you and they DGAF.
This company deserves to be fined by the BBB.

I put in a complaint the the BBB and that brought results! All of a sudden, they had the power to remove me from collections (after saying they absolutely could not do that) and cleared my account completely.

Gestapo tactics of this company that should be addressed with emails and boycott. Upshot: I have unopened products from a so-called "free trial" which they refuse to take back and insist on me paying $90! Which I do not have, I am unemployed. So I am expressing my disgust with this company, since they could easily take back UNOPENED product, but refuse to. Two people refused upon direct questions - hiding behind rules and regulations. It's too late. Why is it too late. Because the promo was 30 days. The product is still shrink wrapped. Unopened. Refuse to accept a return. Want money. Unfriendly; uncaring. Just want your money. SCAM

i have been trying to get ahold of sensa and have not received a response. i noticed today on my computer a pop up with sensanbc popped up. not sure if you realize this co to be a scam. i ordered sensa free trial.....the next thing i know i receive a chg on my discover card for $89.95.....i did not give them permission to credit my account.....i did not knowingly order this product. i have contacted my credit card company and sensa. still need to contact az attorney generals office. though you may have some influence since your name is representing them. thank you,paulawernke@***.com

i put in an order for 2 months free to pay only the 4.95 s and h charge.. they immediatley charged me 80 for the product and 9 for s and h.
can't get ahold of them closed.
but will do so... read up on em and see they are a scam company, charging e1 for the "free" 2 months.
